How do I use Direct Message?

  1. Launch Direct Message from your home screen
  2. Enter a phone number with country code
  3. Type your message or select a quick message template
  4. Tap the WhatsApp button to send
  5. The conversation will open directly in WhatsApp

What are Quick Messages?

Quick Messages are pre-saved message templates that you can send with a single tap. Perfect for frequently used messages like greetings, business replies, or common questions. Create unlimited templates and organize them for easy access.

Do I need to save contacts to message them?

No! That's the main feature of Direct Message. You can message any WhatsApp number without saving it to your contacts first. Simply enter the phone number and start chatting.

What phone number format should I use?

Enter the full phone number with country code. For example:

  • USA: +1 555 123 4567
  • UK: +44 7700 900123
  • Turkey: +90 532 123 4567

The app will automatically format the number correctly.

Why isn't WhatsApp opening?

If WhatsApp isn't opening, please check:

  • WhatsApp is installed on your device
  • You're logged into WhatsApp
  • The phone number is in correct format with country code
  • The recipient has an active WhatsApp account

How do I create a Quick Message template?

  1. Go to Quick Messages section
  2. Tap the "+" button to add new template
  3. Enter your message text
  4. Optionally add a title for easy identification
  5. Save your template
